Position Overview :

As an Associate Product Manager at Chat360, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and optimization of our AI-driven products. You will work closely with senior product managers and cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet our business goals and address user needs. This role offers significant learning and growth opportunities in product management within a dynamic tech environment.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with senior product managers to manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch.

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify product opportunities and gaps.

- Assist in defining product vision, strategy, and roadmaps based on user needs, market trends, and business objectives.

- Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure seamless product development and delivery.

- Gather and prioritize product requirements, write detailed user stories, and maintain a product backlog.

- Conduct regular user feedback sessions and analyze customer behaviour data to inform product improvements.

- Support in monitoring product performance using key metrics (e.g., engagement, retention) and help develop plans for continuous improvement.

- Assist in preparing and delivering presentations on product updates, strategies, and performance to stakeholders.

- Collaborate with the UX team to create intuitive, user-friendly experiences.

- Ensure timely and efficient release of product features and enhancements through sprint planning and agile practices.

Qualifications :

- 1-3 years of experience in product management, product analysis, or a related role, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment.

- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a track record of working with cross-functional teams.

- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools like Jira, Trello, or similar.

- Basic understanding of conversational AI, chatbot technologies, or digital platforms is a plus.

- Experience with user research, user testing, and product iteration is desirable.
