Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our growing team at OnePixll. The ideal candidate will be passionate about designing intuitive and user-friendly digital experiences while collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role offers opportunities to work on exciting projects, ranging from websites to mobile applications, and contribute to shaping the future of user-centered design.
Key Responsibilities - User Research: Conduct research to understand user needs, preferences, and behaviors.
- Design Development: Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for various digital platforms.
- UI Design: Develop aesthetically pleasing and functional user interfaces aligned with brand guidelines.
- UX Optimization: Analyze user feedback and usage data to refine and enhance the overall user experience.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and clients to ensure seamless design implementation.
- Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and techniques to bring innovative ideas to the table.
- Bachelor s degree in Design, IT, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience Range: 0 to 5 years in UI/UX design.
- Proficiency in tools like Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar design software.
- A strong portfolio showcasing design projects (both personal and professional).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
