Manager - Events

Role & responsibilities

• Having at least 8 to 13 years of experience in advertising and marketing
• Responsible for End-to-End Events planning, Décor planning and execution right from concept stage to final last mile delivery
• Concept Development: Creating innovative and visually appealing decor concepts that resonate with the target audience and enhance the events theme or message.
• Vendor Management: Collaborating with decorators, florists, and other suppliers to source materials, props, and decor elements that align with the events aesthetic and budget.
• Execution: Overseeing the setup and installation of decorations to ensure they meet quality standards and enhance the overall ambiance of the event.
• Consistency: Ensuring that event themes, decorations, and promotional materials align with the organization’s brand identity and messaging.
• Customer Experience: Focusing on creating memorable experiences for attendees that reinforce positive perceptions of the brand.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Working closely with other departments such as sales, PR, and operations to coordinate event logistics and achieve shared goals.
• Third Party Events – Coordinate for getting 3rd party events to the venue, developing alliances with partner brands, alcohol brands, through pitch presentations to media partners like BMS, Insider, Zomato, Swiggy, TOI, Agencies etc
• Alliances and Partnerships – Getting partners to participate in our events through alliances and collaborations with brands, media and 3rd parties
• Developing IPs – Developing new interesting Ips and concepts for driving more footfall and prove the right kind of experience to the customers.
• Experience in Malls, Retail, Real estate and Hospitality preferred
