About the Role :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Lead to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers, guiding technical decisions, and contributing to the design and development of our software solutions. You will leverage your expertise in ASP.NET Core, Angular, SQL, and Azure to deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software. This position offers a hybrid work model.

Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of software developers, providing technical guidance and fostering their growth.

- Design, develop, and implement software solutions using ASP.NET Core, Angular, SQL, and Azure.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines.

- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and tools.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the .NET ecosystem, frontend development, and cloud computing.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

- Contribute to the architecture and design discussions for new features and projects.

- Potentially work with and explore Gen AI based technologies.

Required Skills and Experience :

- 3+ years of proven experience as a Technical Lead and software developer.

- Strong expertise in ASP.NET Core framework and related technologies.

- Solid understanding of Angular framework and its components.

- Experience with SQL databases and query optimization.

- Experience with Azure cloud platform and its various services.

- Strong understanding of SDLC processes.

- Experience with Agile development methodologies.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred :

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Experience with Agile development methodologies is highly desirable.

- Certifications in ASP.NET, Angular, SQL, or Azure are a plus.

- Experience working with Gen AI based technologies is a significant advantage.
