Responsible for administration, direction and coordination of area hospital assigned departmental activities for the purpose of attaining customer satisfaction and the objectives set forth by the Regional Director.
Consult with and advise GM - OPs of problem related to the operations of the assigned departments.
Consult with physicians, nurses and other medical professional and non professional staff in developing, establishing and implementing operational plans, policies and procedures within the area of Hospital in accordance with the generally acceptable professional ethics and within the frame work of policies set out by the GM - OPs
Supervises immediate subordinates in their performance of assigned responsibilities, providing assistance, advice and guidance as necessary.
Responsible to review operational reports and statistical data of area hospital on a counting basis to help monitor assigned services operations.
Develops area Hospital internal operating procedures design to achieve efficient hospital / department operation and maximum service to patients of the hospital.
Maintains general liaison and communication with medical staff, all levels of supervision staff .
Regularly tours the Hospital facilities and service areas to solicit feedback regarding performance of administrative staff.
Ensures customer service measurements through area marketing department questionnaire and surveys.
Keeps the area Hospital Medical Staff, Chief of Nursing aware of all matters that may affect the OP / IP.
Participates in planning, designing and monitoring of programs for continuing education, on job training for the area Hospital administrative staff.
To plan and develop of new services and promotion of the public image of the hospital with the involvement of Sales & Marketing team.
Maintains effective and professional working relationship with Medical Staff / Nursing staff and other patient care disciplines for the purpose of providing best services to the patients.
