Job Description
- Take care of GRN control that can be get improvement GRN process and vendor payments properly.
- Responsible for reporting risk management issues and internal control, deficiencies identified directly to the audit head and provides recommendations for improving the organizations operations.
- OP Cancellation bills: To be get into BPC control Cancellations and Discount controls as per SOP
- Gate passes verification: Returnable and Non-returnable Gate control based on Security register at inward outward area.
- Responsible for generating the Daily reports on the internal audit as and when completed.
- Responsible for scheduling the internal audit stock audits and cross audits regular and random.
- Conducts the internal audits of responsible departments and get the reports prepared as per the schedule.
- Initiations and suggestions necessary measurements to curb the where revenue loosing at responsible areas.
- Responsible for all such other tasks entrusted by the dept head from time to time.
- Responsible for gastro dept procedures verification along with consumption.
