Lead the customer journey mapping process, identifying key touchpoints, pain points, and improvement opportunities to enhance customer experience.
Design, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns aligned with customer insights.
Utilize Adobe or Salesforce platforms to manage and improve campaign effectiveness.
Develop data models and analytics frameworks to provide actionable insights into customer behavior and preferences.
Extract, process, and analyze large datasets using Python and SQL to uncover trends and measure campaign performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and impactful customer experience.
Present insights and strategic recommendations to stakeholders and leadership teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience: 8+ years in customer analytics, with a focus on Customer Journey Mapping (Mandatory).
Strong expertise in Campaign Management using Adobe Experience Cloud or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Proficiency in Python and SQL for advanced data analysis and automation.
Solid understanding of analytics frameworks and tools for data visualization and reporting.
Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and effective team collaboration.
Demonstrated ability to lead projects and mentor junior team members.
