Immediate Joiner-Hr Executive And Generalist

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist with a strong background in Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, and managing the complete employee life cycle. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition:
   
   
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  
• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure timely recruitment of qualified candidates.
  
• Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  
2. Employee Engagement:
   
   
• Plan and execute employee engagement activities to enhance workplace morale and satisfaction.
  
• Conduct employee surveys and analyze feedback to develop initiatives that improve engagement and retention.
  
• Organize team-building events, workshops, and other activities that promote a positive work environment.
  
3. Employee Life Cycle Management:
   
   
• Manage the entire employee life cycle, from onboarding to exit, ensuring a smooth transition at each stage.
  
• Oversee the onboarding process, including orientation, training, and integration into the company culture.
  
• Handle employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to employees and managers.
  
• Conduct exit interviews, analyze trends, and provide recommendations for improving retention.
  
4. HR Compliance and Policies:
   
   
• Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
  
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  
5. Performance Management:
   
   
• Support the performance review process, including goal setting, feedback, and performance improvement plans.
  
• Provide guidance to managers on performance management best practices.
