Core Responsibilities:
- Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
- Business Development: Identify and develop new B2B relationships and opportunities.
- Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions. Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (CFA, CFP) is a plus.
- Understanding of financial markets, financial products and services.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of successful sales experience in the financial services industry, specifically dealing with PMS/AIF/Mutual Funds.
- Experience in distributor onboarding and B2B sales.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven track record of building and maintaining partner relationships.
- Results-driven, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving sales targets.
Qualifications:
- B. Com./B. Tech Or other bachelor's degree
- MBA/CFA/CFP/FRM preferred
