We have an exciting role of HR Analyst (Data Analysis and Data Visualization) who would be responsible for collecting and consolidating data from multiple platforms. Create visually appealing and informative dashboards, reports, and presentations that effectively communicate key findings to stakeholders.

This is an exciting role and would entail you to

• Collect and consolidate data from multiple platforms, including Culture Amp, One Learning, Open Door, Greenhouse and any other employee-focused platforms used by OPRG agencies. 
• Analyze large and complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations related to employee engagement, satisfaction, and overall experience. 
• Utilize statistical methods and data analysis tools to derive insights from employee surveys, feedback, job boards, searches and performance metrics. 
• Perform predictive and prescriptive analytics to forecast trends and provide actionable recommendations to improve employee engagement. 
• Create visually appealing and informative dashboards, reports, and presentations that effectively communicate key findings to stakeholders. 
• Utilize data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Python/R) to present data in a clear and concise manner. 
• Tailor reports and visualizations to different audiences, including OPRG leadership and separate agency HR and business leaders. 
• Continuously improve data processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and accuracy. 
• Identify opportunities to leverage new data sources and analytical techniques to drive innovation in employee experience and engagement.

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within HR or Employee Experience.
