Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Fullstack Developer with exp in C# .NET & React with a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience to join our team.

Our platform is built, but with increasing data size, performance challenges are anticipated. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, refactoring, and optimizing the code to improve overall performance.

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze the existing platform to identify performance bottlenecks and areas for optimization.

- Refactor and optimize C# .NET code for improved performance and scalability.

- Perform in-depth performance tuning to ensure the platform operates efficiently as the data grows.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.

- Develop and maintain responsive front-end interfaces using React to enhance user experience.

- Continuous Improvement in process and overall efficiency of team delivery.

- Participate in technology solution implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and conversions.

- Provide troubleshooting for application issues.

- Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices

Must-Have Skills :

- C# .NET Development (5+ years of experience) - Core requirement for the role.

- Strong expertise in .NET Framework and .NET.

- Performance tuning and code optimization experience.

- Familiarity with large-scale data handling and processing.

- Proficiency in Javascript & React for front-end development.

- Debugging and troubleshooting.

- Collaboration and communication skills.

Good-to-Have Skills :

- Database optimization techniques.

- Cloud platforms experience (Azure, AWS).

- Knowledge of performance monitoring tools
