Role & responsibilities

• Maintaining the records in Excel & SAP application. Processing payments related to the department/ sites through a customized designed screen with standard FI transactions in SAP application.
• Processing of Service Order, creation of Service Entry Sheet (SES), Advance/ Invoice through standard Module in SAP application.
• To track and maintain daily payments received, cancellation of payments
• Co-ordination with the site Manager and the accounts team on allocation of funds in a particular project so as to release the cheques as required at site.
• Co-ordination with various departments like Finance, Annexure II etc. for processing various payment requests, documentation in support of payments done.
• Following up through email/verbal communication with different departments for pending payments/approvals/tasks.
