We are hiring for the position of General Manager (GM) / Assistant General Manager (AGM) - Manufacturing at our state-of-the-art facility in Rajkot. If you have a proven track record of leading large teams and driving operational excellence, this could be the perfect role for you!

About the Role
As GM/AGM - Manufacturing, you will take charge of end-to-end manufacturing operations, including production, machining, PPC, process engineering, assembly & testing, and vendor management. You will lead strategic initiatives, implement lean manufacturing practices, and ensure adherence to API standards for high-quality outcomes.
This is a leadership position where you will not only drive business goals but also foster a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and innovation.

What We âre Looking For
Experience: 15+ years in manufacturing, with expertise in oilfield or related industries.

Skills:
Knowledge of medium and large tubular parts and large part machining for industries like General Engineering, Oil & Gas, and Heavy Earth Moving (API Standards knowledge is preferable).
Proficiency in lean techniques like SMED, 5S, HSE, and Gemba.
Strong expertise in machining, programming, process optimization, and ERP systems.
Leadership ability to train, mentor, and motivate large teams.
Experience managing special processes (plating, welding, coating, HT, etc.).
