Sales Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with HVAC and BMS consultants, contractors, and end-users.
• Actively promote and sell Omicrons HVAC/BMS instrumentation products through client visits, presentations, and technical demonstrations.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to strategically position Omicrons products.
• Represent Omicron at exhibitions, trade shows, and marketing events to enhance brand visibility and attract potential clients.
• Prepare and submit detailed quotations, engage in negotiations, and ensure timely closure of sales orders.
• Travel extensively across PAN India to drive sales and expand market reach.

Preferred candidate profile

• BE/BTech or Diploma in Electronics/Instrumentation.
• Proven track record in HVAC/BMS industries and experience in selling sensors or process instrumentation products.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with expertise in client relationship management and sales negotiation.
• Strong ability to work independently, manage multiple clients, and achieve sales targets.
• Willingness to travel extensively across assigned regions.
