Technical Delivery Manager / Technical Project Manager

Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Delivery Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of software projects, ensuring high-quality execution and alignment with business goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent project management skills, and experience in leading cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical delivery of software projects, ensuring timelines, quality, and budget adherence.
• Collaborate with Software Engineers, QA teams, Project Managers, and stakeholders to define and execute delivery roadmaps.
• Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating requirements into actionable technical plans.
• Drive Agile/Scrum methodologies, ensuring sprint goals are met with high quality.
• Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and best practices to the development team.
• Identify bottlenecks, risks, and dependencies in project execution and proactively address them.
• Oversee deployment strategies, DevOps processes, and CI/CD pipelines to improve efficiency.
• Maintain code quality, security, and compliance standards across projects.
• Continuously evaluate new technologies, tools, and frameworks to improve delivery efficiency.

Technical Expertise:

• Proficiency in Java, .NET, Python, or JavaScript (Node.js/React.js/Angular) based on the company's tech stack.
• Strong knowledge of Microservices architecture, Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and DevOps practices.
• Experience in database management (SQL/NoSQL), RESTful APIs, and system integration.
• Understanding of scalability, performance tuning, and security best practices.

Project Management & Leadership:

• Experience in Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, Trello, or similar project management tools.
• Ability to lead and mentor technical teams, drive technical discussions, and resolve conflicts.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with AI/ML, Big Data, Kubernetes, or Serverless computing.
• Certification in AWS Certified Solutions Architect, PMP, or CSM (Certified Scrum Master).
