Technical Project Manager

Job Title: Technical Project Manager (TPM) Mobile & Backend Development

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager (TPM) to oversee the end-to-end development of Android, iOS, and backend Java applications. The TPM will play a crucial role in coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring seamless client interactions to address technical and operational concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the development lifecycle of Android, iOS, and Java-based backend systems.
• Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing technical and operational issues effectively.
• Collaborate with developers, UI/UX designers, QA teams, and DevOps to ensure seamless integration and high-quality deliverables.
• Identify and mitigate risks by proactively resolving bottlenecks in the development process.
• Ensure compliance with industry best practices, security guidelines, and performance standards.
• Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and senior management.
• Optimize workflow automation and drive process improvements for better efficiency.
• Support deployment, post-launch monitoring, and troubleshooting in production environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in technical project management, preferably in mobile and backend development.
• Strong understanding of Android (Kotlin/Java), iOS (Swift/Objective-C), and backend Java (Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs).
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and familiarity with project management tools like JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to drive resolution of technical challenges.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to engage with clients and internal teams.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and DevOps best practices is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple priorities, and drive projects to successful completion.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP, CSM, or other project management certifications.
• Experience working in telecom, fintech, or enterprise SaaS solutions.
• Exposure to AI/ML, chatbots, or data analytics in mobile applications is a plus.
