Role & responsibilities

Meet Quality and productivity standards.

• Contact insurance companies for further explanation of underpayments
• Should have experience working with Specialities.
• Take appropriate action.
• Ensure accurate & timely follow up where required
• Should have worked on payments.

Understand the client requirements and specifications of the project.

Ensure that the deliverable to the client adhere to the quality standards.

Must be spontaneous and have high energy level.

A brief understanding on the entire Medical Billing Cycle.

Must possess good communication skill with neutral accent.

Must be flexible and should have a positive attitude towards work.

Must be willing to Work from Office

Abilities to absorb client business rules.
