• Collaborates with healthcare providers and billing staff to obtain additional information and clarification on denied claims, working towards timely resolution and resubmission.
• Keeps abreast of changes in coding standards, policies, and healthcare regulations to minimize future denials and optimize revenue cycle performance.
• Conducts regular audits and compliance checks on medical documentation to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory standards, aiming to improve the accuracy and efficiency of the coding process.
