Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage architectural projects from conceptualization to completion, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs.
  
• Oversee design coordination, ensuring seamless integration of architecture with other disciplines such as engineering, landscape, and MEP systems.
  
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful project execution.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential issues and develop mitigation strategies.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-10 years of experience in architectural practice or related field (B.Arch degree required).
  
• Strong understanding of GFC (Governance Framework), Urban Planning & Master Planning principles.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
