Sr. Manager/AGM - Planning

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare project schedules, Budget, monitor progress, and track deviations from plans.
  
• Coordinate with site teams to ensure timely completion of tasks and milestones.
  
• Develop and maintain accurate project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Projects software.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential issues and develop mitigation strategies.
  
• Provide regular updates on project status reports to stakeholders.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-8 years of experience in planning engineering or a related field (civil engineering background preferred).
  
• Strong understanding of planning principles, including Gantt charts, bar charts, and network diagrams.
  
• Proficiency in scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Projects; knowledge of other scheduling software an asset.
  
• Excellent coordination skills with ability to work effectively across multiple departments.
  
• Postgraduate degree (PG Diploma) in Civil.
