Process all incoming orders -Regular
Ensure the dispatch of products -Regular
Interact with the sales team to resolve order-related issues. - Regular
Act as the point of contact for the sales force -Regular
Perform invoice reconciliation regularly for all zones and ensure accuracy. - Regular
Circulate regular dispatch updates to the concerned sales team. - Regular
Maintain strong interaction with the supply chain team for speedy order processing, ensuring zero errors. - Regular
Manage stock levels for all states and identify non-movable stock at C&Fs. Fortnightly
Properly check and maintain newly appointed distributors- Regular
Prepare other MIS reports as required by superiors.
Update the sales teams KPIs monthly.
