Head - Regulatory Affairs/Corporate Affairs/Liasoning (15-25 yrs)

Job Description:

- To plan, develop and implement multi-faceted communications strategies, tactics, and metrics for key initiatives and ongoing projects.

- Will be responsible for acquiring / purchasing land. He should have thorough knowledge of applying for lands in Karnataka/ Bangalore and should have good relations in the revenue department.

- Must have a thorough knowledge of the local town planning rules and building regulations.

- Must be conversant with revenue, ULC and MRTP Act. Ability to liaise with consultants to prepare project feasibility reports essential.

- Drafting suitable applications/letters and replies to submit to appropriate authorities.

- To develop rapport with officials like The IT Secretary, Industries Ministry, any other land allotment agencies

- All the land parcels which need to be acquired/ partnered with need to be realistic with the achievable rentals and or sale prices, with due consideration to the financial workings of the Company.

- Liaison with Police, Revenue, Department of Mines & Geology, Irrigation & water resource, Dist. Administration, Forest department and other government agencies etc. for obtaining licenses, statutory clearances, permits, C&D land etc., matters.

- Adhere to all statutory compliance and Returns - Revenue, DMG, Forest, RTO Departments, Property Tax with local authorities viz: Municipality/Grama Panchayats etc.,

- Handling local issues & grievances.
