QC/Site Engineer

Quality Control Responsibilities :-

1. Quality Assurance -

- Conduct inspections to verify that construction materials and workmanship meet the specified quality standards.

- Ensure compliance with project specifications, building codes, and industry regulations.

- Perform and document quality checks for structural, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), and finishing works.

2. Material Testing and Approvals -

- Review material test reports and approve materials for use on-site.

- Ensure proper documentation and certification for all materials used in construction.

3. Defect Identification and Rectification -

- Identify defects or deviations from approved designs and recommend corrective measures.

- Monitor and verify rectifications to ensure compliance with standards.

4. Documentation -

- Maintain quality control records, including checklists, inspection reports.

Other Role & responsibilities :-

1. Supervision and Execution:

- Oversee daily site activities to ensure smooth execution according to project schedules.

- Manage construction teams, including subcontractors and laborers, to ensure tasks are completed effectively.

- Ensure adherence to architectural and structural drawings during construction.

2. Resource Management:

- Coordinate material deliveries and storage on-site to avoid delays or wastage.

- Monitor the availability of equipment and manpower to meet project demands.

3. Project Coordination:

- Serve as the primary on-site liaison between contractors, consultants, and the project management team.

- Conduct regular site meetings to address challenges and review progress.
