Site Engineer

1. Spearheading efforts across supervising, checking & coordinating the Construction process, Quality and execute day-to-day works, so as to achieve efficiency and effectiveness for the project

2. Execute the work as per the drawing and schedule.

3. Ensure the quality of work.

4. Able to prepare labor bills, estimation, reconciliation.

5. Handle the inspection with consultant and take approval for proceeding in the work and also coordinate with subcontractors.

6. Monitor and check the alignment structures of their levels and prepare the quantities ap-proved for billing.

7. Report and review the daily progress of works with the project manager and take care of supervision of quality control for ongoing project and critical issues and also involved in quality assurance services for raw material used in concrete mix.

8. Submitting the cost estimate for the variations with detailed take off, summary of calculation and gets it approved from the cost consultant

9. Handling Material, Equipment Requisition & Material Reconciliation; implemented cost re-duction measures to contain expenditure within budgetary provisions.
