New Product Development Engineer & Draftsman

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct or having knowledge of audits according to IATF standards and prepare PPAP documents.
• Performing market research to understand market requirements for new product development.
• Identifying the needs of the company and integrating market research to determine the needs and goals of new products.
• Develop technical specifications, drawings, and documentation for new products.
• Analyzing existing products to identify areas for improvement and updating current documentation.
• Developing quality control criteria and safety guidelines and ensuring that all team members adhere to them.
• Design new products using 2D AutoCAD software.
• Basic Excel Knowledge
• Modify and revise designs to correct operating deficiencies or to reduce production problems.
• Develop detailed design drawings and specifications for mechanical equipment, dies/tools, and controls, using computer-assisted drafting (CAD) equipment.
