Job Description

Preparation of Note Sheet - 15 minutes from receiving the Project details
Preparation of Query Letter - has to be completed within 2 hours from receiving the Project details
Pending Document from Client and Revenue department - The entire pending document has to be collected within 2 business days.
Preparation of Building Drawing - Depending on Area ( Below 5000 Sqft drawing should be within 2 hours, and above 5000 sqft. This has to be categorized as with the complexity of every job and given to all team members)
Preparing layout drawings and submitting it to DTCP which has to be completed within 2 days
Conversion of Land usage - process necessary documents and upload online and complete the process within 1 day
Receiving final confirmation from client on final drawing - The final confirmation from client has to be got within 4 hours from sending the file to the client, where the file requires intervention of the Architect then the process of approval will take a maximum of 1 day.
Preparation of Topo Sketch - If the Project is within the city has to be completed within 2 days or 16 hours and if the project is outskirts then the timeline will be done within 4 hours.
Development Control Regulations (DCR) layers to be done and Online drawing has to be uploaded on government website within 1 day for equal to or less than 5000 sqft. and above 5000 sqft will take a maximum of 2 days.
Preparation of Online documents by using the appropriate template and ensuring the client signature is available in all necessary documents and they are scanned and stored in the server in the client folders. This process will have to be completed within 4 hours
Upload the document on the online portal after receiving confirmation from the client.
The Fees amount will be communicated to the client after upload of all documents - 15 minutes after upload confirmation.
Completion certificate file to be prepared and submitted to DTCP - To be completed within 2 hours
Any revenue request or legal request file to be prepared and submitted to the legal department.
Preparing documentation for RERA and uploading the same on Government Online portal and Fees to be communicated to Client and complete the entire process within 1 day.
