Job description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage Planning & Coordination at Site /Sites allotted.
• Demonstrate responsibility for end-to-end execution and billing of the assigned project.
• Should exhibit experience in leading a team.
• Have prior knowledge of rules and regulations to be followed in government projects.
• Should be proficient in estimation and surveying works.
• Should be proactive in sourcing materials/sub-contractors as per requirement.
• Control over the sub-contractor, vendors and site workers.
• Taking charge of civil works and delivering them as per requirement.
• Ensuring all materials used and work performed are as per specification.
• Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly.
• Maintain labor attendance and work done register accurately.

Required Candidate profile

• Government Building according to CPWD Norms experienced is preferred.
• Candidates must have experience of 5-10 years in relevant field.
• Knowledge of Client Billing and vendor & Sub-contractor Billing would add advantage.
• Must have Knowledge of Delhi Schedule Rates.
• Should have an excellent written and verbal communication.
• Should have good knowledge of working in MS Excel, Spread Sheet & Auto Cad Software.
• Should have an analytical skill & problem-solving skill.
