Production Head - Aerospace (10-14 yrs)

Job Summary:

- The Production Head will oversee all aspects of the production process within our aerospace manufacturing facility. This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in aerospace manufacturing to ensure efficient production, adherence to quality standards, and compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operational Leadership: Manage and oversee the entire production process, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

- Production Planning: Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and optimize resource utilization.

- Quality Assurance: Ensure all products meet stringent aerospace quality standards and regulatory requirements.

- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of production managers, supervisors, and staff.

- Process Improvement: Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.

- Safety Compliance: Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing health and safety regulations.

- Budget Management: Oversee the production budget, ensuring cost-effective operations without compromising quality.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.

- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in production management within the aerospace industry & rich experience on CNC-VMC-Turning programming.

- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in ERP systems and lean manufacturing principles
