Senior Data Engineer - Python/Apache Flink (4-6 yrs)

Job Description :

For our IT client in Mumbai (work from office, Mumbai candidates preferred with immediate or 30 day joining)

Mandatory Experience :

• 4-6 years of practical experience as a full-time data engineer or business intelligence developer in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Apache Flink (mandatory experience)
• Experience with Kafka
• Experience with Apache Spark
• Fluent programming in Python, SQL/T-SQL and Bash
• Profound know how in various database technologies (e.g. SQL, NOSQL, JSON, etc.)
• Deep practical understanding of GIT and CICD concepts and functionalities
• Experience with process management tools (JIRA, Bitbucket, etc.)
• Proficiency in Azure Data Factory and/or Azure Synapse
• Touchpoints with Agile Project Management methods (e.g. SCRUM)

• 100% availability at their local office in Mumbai
• Responsibilities:
• Build end-to-end data integration solutions within a Azure cloud environment
• Establish ETL processes to implement business intelligence models and reports
• Enable our e-commerce initiative by fueling product data to and performance insights from online platforms
• Identify and provide required data assets to our software development teams to fuel data driven applications
• Connect sources and build data pipelines feeding into our DWH to support employees in building BI reports
• Work on a broad variety of digital technology projects (including Industry 4.0, Robotic Process Automation, etc.)
