Roles and Responsibilities

We are hiring for IT recruiter for C2H hiring and Permanent.

Below is the roles and responsibilities:

• Responsible to work on Contract-Hire, Permanent and on a contract position.
• Sourcing profiles from Job portals, Professional Networking Sites,(naukri.com, LinkedIn our internal database etc.)
• Work closely with our client recruiter to understand open roles and implement the most effective sourcing strategies to identify the best talents for them.
• Excellent communication skills, time management skills and negotiation skills
• Should have good technical knowledge Internal Database and References to match client requirement
• Screen the candidatures according to the requirement, establishing relationships with clients and candidates.
• Responsible for taking care of Recruitment process starting from sourcing profiles
• Ability to communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers
• Maintaining internal data base of consultants as per their skill sets.
• Excellent IT sourcing skills especially in SAP technologies
• Conduct market research on passive and active talents.
• Partner with the product, marketing, design and technical team to make sure the clients requirement is fulfilled.
• Must be able to understand how to recruit passive candidates at all levels
• Maintaining candidate trackers, weekly delivery reports. Required skills:

Desired Candidate Profile

Any Graduate with 1-3 Years of experience

Good communication and negotiation skills

Hand on experience in SAP and cloud technologies
