Sr. Engineer-Design & Development - Insulator

Work Location - Seetharampur plant , Hyderabad

We require a candidate who is proficient in 3D modeling and has knowledge of simulation software. Please refer to the details below for the candidate's required academic and technical qualifications, along with the corresponding job role description.

The candidate should have :

1. B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
2. Proficiency in using 2D drafting & 3D modeling software, such as AutoCAD, DraftSight, Autodesk Inventor, SolidWorks, and similar tools.
3. products and conducting EFM simulation analysis.
   Knowledge in analysis software, such as COULOMB-3D, COMSOL, ANSYS, or equivalent, will be a distinct advantage.
   
4. Have knowledge of -:
   a. Assembly drawings, tenders, fabrication, production, forging, casting, extrusion, and related drawings.
   b. Manufacturing industry standards, such as IS, BS, ISO, IEC, EN, ASTM, ANSI, AISI, DIN, and others.
   c. Guaranteed Technical Particulars (GTP), Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T), Standard Manufacturing Quality Plan (MQP / SQP), Quality Assurance Plan (QAP), Type Tests, and Test Certificates (TC).
5. Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Design & Development (D&D), Design & Engineering, Drawings, 2D drafting & 3D modeling software, Tenders & Enquiries, Bill of Materials (BOM), and Manufacturing Processes.

Experience in the Insulator, Transmission Line, or Insulator Hardware Fittings industry will be an advantage.
