Job Description
- Experience in Sheet metal, Weldments for DFM.
- Hand calculations for sizing structural members, fasteners, etc..
- Hands on experience in working on drive lines, engines etc..
- Should able to create Conceptual design & have good knowledge of manufacturing process.
- Conceptual design to 3D Modeling & manufacturing drawings creations.
- Strong Design background and adequate manufacturing/product development exposure.
- A good knowledge of GD & T and best practices.
- Knowledge of ANSI standards & AWS
- Making of supporting structure for cone crusher,vertical shaft(VSI) and for vibrating screens
- Design walkways and railing and ladders for screens and cone crushers
- Preparing of layouts as per the customer requirement
- Design and assembly of belt conveyors
- Visiting sites to understand machine under site conditions
- Detailing the individual part drawings and Forming GA drawing in Auto Cad
