Hardware AMC Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Hardware AMC Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) for hardware products and ensuring excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have strong technical understanding and proven sales expertise in IT hardware and support services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. AMC Sales and Promotion:
• Identify potential clients for hardware AMC services.
• Promote AMC solutions for hardware products such as desktops, laptops, servers, and networking equipment.
• Explain the value proposition and benefits of AMCs to prospective clients.
2. Client Acquisition and Retention:
• Develop new leads through market research, referrals, and networking.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
• Ensure timely follow-ups for AMC renewals and upgrades.
3. Proposal and Negotiation:
• Prepare and present AMC proposals tailored to client requirements.
• Negotiate terms and close sales agreements.
• Address client objections and concerns effectively to ensure conversions.
4. Customer Support and Coordination:
• Act as the primary point of contact for AMC-related queries.
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure timely delivery of services under AMC agreements.
• Provide feedback to the service team to improve client satisfaction.
5. Market Insights and Strategy:
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Suggest improvements to AMC offerings based on client feedback and market demand.
6. Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports for management review.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Business, IT, or related fields.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in IT hardware or AMC services.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with IT hardware products and maintenance services.
• Sales Skills: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing abilities.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer Focus: Proven ability to build trust and provide exceptional client service.
• Tools Proficiency: Knowledge of CRM systems and basic office software (e.g., MS Office).
• Mobility: Flexibility to travel for client meetings when required.
