Role Overview:

The Zonal Head will be responsible for managing and overseeing the operations of the used car inventory within the designated zone. This role requires strong leadership to drive sales, maintain inventory accuracy, and foster strategic relationships with associates.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets for the zone.

- Oversee inventory management, ensuring accuracy and optimal stock levels.

- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to enhance performance and efficiency.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with Okshan Associates and stakeholders.

- Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities and optimize sales strategies.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing strategies, and operational guidelines.

- Monitor competitor activities and implement competitive business strategies.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.

- Drive revenue growth through effective negotiation and deal closures.

- Implement process improvements for better efficiency in sales and operations.
