Product Manager

We are looking for a Product Manager who will be responsible for developing and managing our product strategy and vision in alignment with the Companys goals and objectives. The ideal candidate should have experience in query handling, requirement gathering, team handling, team management, managing releases, internal/external communication, UI/UX knowledge, mockups, Firebase, Google Analytics, Scrum, Agile, reporting data management, priorities, user cases, user stories, manual testing, and tools like Jira, Asana, Trello, and Figma.

Responsibilities:
Devising a comprehensive product strategy plan in alignment with the company's goals and long-term objectives.
Conducting extensive market analysis to understand current trends, user pain points, and needs, competitors offerings, and market opportunities.
Identifying unique selling points (USP) for the product to differentiate it from its competitors.
Communicating the products vision to the product owner through the vision statement, product roadmap, user research, and insights.
Collaborating with multiple teams including sales, marketing, IT, and design, to oversee the product development process from initiation until delivery.
Coordinating with product owners to stay updated on project progress, potential risks or challenges, resource allocation, budgets, and timelines.
Assisting in product pricing by considering factors such as market trends, value proposition, competitive pricing, and customers willingness to pay.
Overseeing product sales, reception, and key performance indicators to identify areas of improvement.
Gathering feedback from clients and customers and incorporating them into the product as part of the continuous improvement process.

Requirements
Bachelors degree in business administration, marketing, or product management.
Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and tools like Figma.
Experience with Firebase, Google Analytics, Scrum, Agile, and reporting data management.
Familiarity with tools like Jira, Asana, and Trello.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
