• Responsible for data conversion and migration.
• Providing functional support to HR and business users.
• Created business process related to New hires, On boarding, Off boarding, Goal setting, Talent & Performance review.
• Responsible for user acceptance training and change management.
• MIS reports and Dashboards management
• Monitoring end to end appraisal and review process. Impart training on the goal setting and performance management process.
• Monitoring the process of PIP (Performance improvement Plans) for individuals, identified under annual PMS process.
• Providing Induction to the new joiners, overview the organization structure with PPT presentation.
