Roles & Responsibilities

• Handling of Enquiries / PRs
• Processing Enquiries with team as per guidelines and best of understanding for the requirements
• Guiding & Tracking team for sourcing of best available domestic and international vendors
• Communicating with Vendors to ensure quotations and deliveries
• Negotiation with vendors
• Processing customer quotations and pushing for conversions
• Review and implement procurement strategy for cost optimisation, better terms, higher conversions
• Collaborate with other teams for improved processing of complete process
• Managing team and tracking their process for regular improvements in enquiry to dispatch

Prefered Candidate Profile

• English Language is mandatory
• Graduate in Technology - Mechanical / Electrical
• Procurement background ​Experience in Sourcing, Expediting
• Knowledge of international industrial manufacturers
• Hardworking and ability to work on deadlines ​
• Ability to use own initiative​
• Excellent IT Skills ​
• Experience in similar role preferred​
