Technical Skills Required

• Demonstrable experience in marketing with a potential and attitude for continuous learning.
• Proven experience in identifying target audiences and creatively leading multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
• Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns.
• Numerically literate and comfortable working with numbers, processing metrics, and using spreadsheets.
• A sense of aesthetics with a love for excellent copy and witty communication.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
• Bachelors/Masters degree in Marketing or a related field.

What You'll Be Doing

• Develop strategies and tactics to promote Ogmen Robotics and drive qualified traffic to our site.
• Deploy successful marketing campaigns and oversee their implementation from ideation to execution.
• Experiment with organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, social media, PPC campaigns, and lead generation campaigns.
• Create valuable content for the website and blog that attracts and converts target groups.
• Build strategic relationships and collaborate with key industry players, agencies, and vendors.
• Approve marketing materials including banners, brochures, and case studies.
• Measure and report on marketing campaign performance, gaining insights and assessing results against goals.
• Prepare and manage the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis, allocating funds efficiently.
• Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly.
