• Contract Labour Management
• Travels Management
• Transportation Management
• Guest Management
• Stationary Management
• Employee welfare activity
• Pest Control Management
• All Administration & Others Bill Processing, Timely renew Contract agreement of Labour Contractors, security, transport, Courier, Housekeeping, Pest Control & others.
• Follow up establishment maintenance & repairs Furniture & fixtures including Fax, Xerox etc. Also take care of scrap management.
• Admin Purchase, Budget & expenses monitoring
• Admin data recording & Monitoring, Various MIS Preparation
• Monitoring over all plant administration (Civil & Other Work)
• Responsible for making PR of admin bills
