Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets .
Goal-oriented Team leadership
Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
Identify new business opportunities and penetrate existing accounts.
Sales Document preparation Quotation preparation
Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, and revenue reporting.
sales data and reporting
Collaborate with the marketing team on lead-generation initiatives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
Identify and pursue upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
Travel within the country often occasional international travel customer satisfaction resolve issues communication, negotiation, and presentation
Strong understanding of ERP software and industry trends.
Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategic plans.
Must Have
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
3+ years of experience in Software sales
Experience in Odoo or ERP software selling process.
Having experience in Odoo modules, versions, and functional knowledge is an add-on
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
