- Source potential candidates through various channels
- Screen and shortlist candidates by reviewing resumes, conducting phone screenings, and scheduling interviews
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and fit for specific roles
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings
- Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
