Hr Executive And Recruiter

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and versatile HR Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth organizational processes, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, sourcing, interviews, and offer rollouts.
• Organize and conduct employee onboarding, ensuring a seamless integration into the company.
• Act as the first point of contact for employees, addressing queries, grievances, and concerns.
• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture through proactive engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
• Oversee attendance, leave management, and payroll processing in collaboration with the finance team.
• Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
• Update and enforce HR policies in line with company objectives and legal requirements.
• Manage statutory compliance such as PF, ESIC, and labor law filings.
• Conduct surveys and gather feedback to improve workplace satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR executive or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, training, employee relations, payroll, etc.).
• Familiarity with HR software and tools.
• Sound understanding of labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
