City Lead -B2B Sales

Position : CL ( City Lead)

Responsibilities:

Maximize sales and service performance and operational productivity in conjunction with the
business managers

Leading and mentoring a dynamic team of Sales Officers/Executives and Warehouse operations
staff.

Strategizing and executing plans to enhance our market presence and performance.

Utilizing data analytics to make informed decisions, analyze market trends, and identify
opportunities for growth.

Building and nurturing strong relationships with retail partners .

Requirements:

8-10 years of hands-on experience in FMCG Distribution or B2B business.

Proven leadership experience in both Sales and Warehouse Operations.
Team handling

Proficiency in Excel and a flair for data analytics.

Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.

A proactive problem solver with a passion for delivering results.

Minimum Graduate in any stream
