Senior Marine Benefits Coordinator

To manage enrolments and cancellations of Private Medical Insurance, Life Insurance and Airport Lounge access memberships of seafarers across V.Group based on their eligibility criteria.
Coordinate with mobilisation offices, P&L Support Team and CMPs to maintain and keep up to date vessel list and joiners / leavers lists.
To review and approve invoices from Marine Benefits, Crew Secure and Priority Pass.
To review the monthly deductible report received from Marine Benefits and send individual reports to vessels for deducting the amount due for medical visits from Officers portage bills.

Responsible for enrolling eligible seafarers and their dependants in Marine Benefits medical scheme and cancelling seafarers who have left Company and those whose eligibility have expired.
Responsible for enrolling eligible seafarers in Life Insurance scheme.
Responsible for overseeing the enrolment of eligible officers who have signed SOP agreement n Priority Pass scheme.
Ensure Benefits scheme data and ShipSure data are kept in sync
Maintain regular communication with mobilisation offices to identify seafarers whose benefits are to be cancelled.
Review monthly invoice from Marine Benefits and quarterly invoice from Crew Secure and approve payments
Review the Airport Lounge visit report received from Priority Pass to check for any unauthorised usage and advise Finance Department, Manila accordingly.
Keep track of vacation period of seafarers to identify policies due for cancellation and to advise mobilisation offices accordingly.
Main point of contact for any issues relating to the benefit schemes.

Knowledge of coverage, conditions, limits and schedule of the medical insurance and life insurance plans
Knowledge of special terms governing medical coverage
Proficiency in MS Excel and other Office applications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Solution oriented
Basic knowledge of Maritime Geography

Seagoing experience is preferable but not a must
