Great vacancy Documentation Coordinator hiring now

Prepares Request to Process Seafarers and RPS Request for Amendment Form addressed to POEA (Philippine Overseas Employment Administration) for each seaman being processed. Two original copies goes to the POEA, one copy to Accounting Department and one copy for file.
Collates and submits all official receipts issued by the POEA for liquidation with the Accounting Department for processed contracts.
Monitors validity of e-receipts.
Endorse via electronic referral to the accredited medical clinics for Pre Post Medical Examination of Crew referred by Crewing department.
Monitors and follows up medical results of crew endorsed for medical examination. Maintains file containing summary of referred, pending, fit and unfit crew per month.
Checks and verifies crew medical reports received from the clinic.
Communicate with the Embassies regarding visa appointments and assists seafarers in filing up visa application forms, if necessary.
Maintains monitoring file of applications and released visas.
Communicate with the Flagstate Authorities regarding Flagstate requirements and prepares applications of joining crew.
Maintains monitoring file of Flagstate applications and released documents.
Performs other duties that may be assigned by superiors.

Must posses at least a Bachelor s/College Degree from any field or relevant experience
Strong analytical, planning, and organizing skills
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships across all organizational levels.

Knowledge of Marine Operations Support and Maritime Services
Experience in port operation planning, cargo controlling or dispatching or shipping line and logistics company
