Job Title: Full Stack Developer (.NET, C#, JavaScript, Python, Flutter)
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Full Stack Developer with experience in .NET, C#, JavaScript, Python, and Flutter to join our dynamic development team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining software applications across both web and mobile platforms, with an emphasis on delivering scalable, high-performance solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in both front-end and back-end development, with the ability to work across multiple languages and frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:

• Design, Develop, and Maintain Applications:
• Build and maintain web applications using .NET, C#, and JavaScript (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
• Develop mobile applications with Flutter for iOS and Android platforms.
• Write backend services and APIs in Python and C# to support various business needs.
• Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams:
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to define application requirements and deliver solutions that meet business goals.
• Participate in code reviews, provide feedback, and mentor junior developers to improve code quality and adherence to best practices.
• Ensure Application Performance & Security:
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and user experience.
• Implement security best practices and ensure data protection and compliance with relevant standards.
• Troubleshooting and Bug Fixing:
• Identify and resolve software defects in a timely manner, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Participate in debugging and troubleshooting applications in various environments.
• Continuous Learning and Improvement:
• Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in software development.
• Proactively identify areas for improvement and contribute to ongoing process improvements in the development cycle.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience with .NET, C#, and building backend services.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and modern front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Strong knowledge of Python for server-side development.
• Hands-on experience with Flutter for mobile application development.
• Solid understanding of databases (SQL, NoSQL) and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and continuous integration/deployment pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or within a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Experience with testing frameworks and automated testing (unit tests, integration tests).

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in any field (Preferred Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent practical experience.
