Flutter Full Stack Developer

Position: Full Stack Developer - (Flutter + Asp.Net/Python)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Flutter Full-Stack Developer with a strong background in both front-end and back-end development. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality mobile applications using Flutter for the front-end and .Net technologies for the back-end. The ideal candidate should have at least 4-6 years of software development experience, focusing on Flutter and .Net technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Flutter Mobile Development:

• Design and implement mobile applications using Flutter for both iOS and Android platforms.
• Ensure smooth and responsive UI/UX by collaborating with the design team and implementing best practices.
• Optimize the application for maximum speed and scalability.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using the Flutter framework.

Backend Development:

• Develop and maintain server-side applications and APIs using any modern backend technology (e.g. Django/Asp.net).
• Design and manage database structures, including relational (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs for mobile applications to interact with backend services.
• Handle user authentication, data security, and scalability considerations.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with the product team to understand application requirements and user stories.
• Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure seamless integration of UI and backend logic.
• Maintain proper documentation of code, processes, and architecture for easy maintenance and collaboration.

Testing and Debugging:

• Write unit tests, perform code reviews, and engage in continuous integration processes.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code for better performance.

Deployment and Maintenance:

• Deploy mobile applications to the respective stores (Google Play, Apple App Store).
• Ensure the backend services are deployed, maintained, and updated regularly.
• Monitor the performance of applications and backend services to ensure optimal uptime and performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Flutter Development:

• Strong knowledge of Dart and the Flutter framework.
• Experience in building cross-platform mobile applications for both Android and iOS.
• Expertise in integrating third-party libraries and APIs in Flutter apps.

Backend Development:

• Proficiency in at least one backend technology (e.g., Python/Django, ASP.NET ).
• Experience with backend architecture, including microservices and RESTful API design.
• Working knowledge of database systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).

Additional Skills:

• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g.,Azure).
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
