Salesforce Developer - Apex/Visual Force (4-7 yrs)

Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled- Salesforce Developer- with over 4 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce platform development.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for customizing, developing, and enhancing our Salesforce applications to meet the specific needs of our business.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize Salesforce solutions that improve efficiency and drive business results.

Key Responsibilities :

- Salesforce Development & Customization : Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other Salesforce tools.

- Integration : Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware, and other integration technologies.

- Declarative Development : Use Salesforce point-and-click development features like Flows, Process Builder, and Lightning App Builder for custom solutions.

- Data Management : Perform data migration, transformation, and integration with third-party systems.

- Ensure data quality, integrity, and security within the Salesforce environment.

- Business Process Automation : Identify opportunities to automate repetitive processes through Salesforce, utilizing workflows, triggers, and approval processes.

- Performance Optimization : Continuously monitor and enhance the performance of the Salesforce platform, ensuring quick response times and scalability.

- Salesforce Best Practices : Adhere to and advocate Salesforce best practices and standards in design, development, and security.

- Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, business analysts, and other developers, to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and provide innovative Salesforce solutions.

- Testing and Troubleshooting : Develop unit tests, debug code, and troubleshoot issues with existing configurations and customizations.

Qualifications :

- 4+ years- of professional experience as a Salesforce Developer, including design, configuration, and development in Salesforce.

- Proficient in- Apex programming, Visualforce, Lightning Components- (Aura & LWC), and Salesforce API- (REST/SOAP).

- Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, SOQL, and SOSL.

- Experience with Salesforce declarative tools, including- Flow Builder, Process Builder, and Custom Objects.

- Expertise in integrating Salesforce with third-party systems using- APIs- and middleware platforms (e., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, etc.

- Knowledge of CI/CD tools and Salesforce DevOps processes.

- Salesforce certifications (e., Salesforce Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Administrator) are highly preferred.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e., JIRA, Trello).

- Familiarity with other CRM platforms and integration tools.

- Knowledge of Salesforce AppExchange apps and solutions.
