Job Description
Business Analyst - IBM WatsonX and Generative AI
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for Gen AI solutions for Backoffice operations.
- Evaluate and recommend enhancements to contact center automation using agentic AI and related tools.
- Create process flow diagrams and identify gaps for end-to-end automation capabilities.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications for development teams.
- Monitor and evaluate project deliverables to ensure alignment with business goals.
Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with exposure to IBM WatsonX and Generative AI.
- Experience with contact center automation and agentic AI platforms is highly desirable.
- Domain knowledge in Hospitality, Supply Chain, or Transportation & Logistics, other related domains is desirable.
- Excellent communication and analytical, and documentation skills skills.

I worked for 8 months. Since i joined there is no proper communication or training (in my case). Employees are BAs but they don't interact with each other. I was given a wrong department and was forced to give results. (what more to say). But i wish the company and employees grow.
