Business Analyst Generative AI

Position Overview:. We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Business Analyst to join our team, with a specific focus on identifying, evaluating, and driving the adoption of Generative AI solutions within the organization. This role requires a strong understanding of business processes, a passion for AI, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including technical experts and business stakeholders, to ensure that Generative AI initiatives align with and support our strategic objectives

Key Responsibilities:. Identify Use Cases:. Proactively identify and define potential use cases where Generative AI can add value, improve efficiency, or create new business opportunities across various functions within the organization

Feasibility & Impact Assessment:. Evaluate the feasibility and potential impact of proposed Generative AI solutions, considering technical, financial, operational, and strategic factors

Perform cost-benefit analyses to support decision-making and prioritize AI initiatives

Collaborative Solution Design:. Partner closely with the Generative AI team to conceptualize and design models and solutions that address identified business needs

Facilitate the translation of business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring the developed AI models meet stakeholder expectations

Stakeholder Engagement:. Engage with business stakeholders to thoroughly understand their needs, challenges, and objectives related to Generative AI applications

Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure clear communication and alignment on AI initiatives

Requirements Elicitation & Documentation:. Elicit, document, and prioritize detailed business and functional requirements, as well as specific use cases for Generative AI projects

Develop comprehensive requirement specifications that can be easily understood and acted upon by technical teams

Gap Analysis:. Conduct thorough gap analysis to identify areas where Generative AI can enhance existing processes or create new value streams

Recommend and drive the adoption of AI solutions to bridge identified gaps, improve efficiency, and foster innovation

Continuous Improvement:. Stay current with the latest advancements in Generative AI technologies and trends

Propose and implement best practices for integrating AI solutions into business processes, ensuring continuous improvement and competitive advantage

Requirements. Qualifications:. Education:. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is preferred

Experience:. Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, with a focus on AI, data science, or technology-driven projects

Experience working on projects involving Generative AI or machine learning is highly desirable

Skills & Competencies:. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex scenarios and make data-driven decisions

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for translating technical concepts into business terms

Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, including gap analysis, requirement elicitation, and process mapping

Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and technologies, particularly in the context of Generative AI
